Please be aware that the sinks we are referring to are designated as factory seconds, and as such, they do not come with a lifetime warranty. These products are sold in an “as-is” condition and are subject to our return policy, which allows for returns within a 30-day window from the date of receipt. Please be advised that any return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. Your understanding of these terms is greatly appreciated.
Our sinks come in a range of different finishes so you can find the perfect sink for your home. The traditional gloss finish is a favourite over generations giving you that reflective clean effect, whilst our matt glazes allow for details to appear sharper with minimal reflection from lighting.
Your order will be despatched within 2 to 7 working days. Once an order has been placed, we will email you with information on the expected delivery date. If you have a specific date in mind for receiving your order, please contact us to make arrangements.
Your order will be scheduled for delivery between 9 am to 5 pm on the next working day after dispatch from our facility. Please ensure that you or someone else will be available at the provided address to receive the pallet or answer the haulage company’s calls. In case you won’t be available, please advise them of a safe place to leave the pallet. Please note that our sinks arrive on a pallet which weighs 50kg+ and requires a two man lift.
