Here at the Whitebirk Sink Company, we offer kitchen sinks and bathroom basins of different weights and sizes. To ensure that your order is delivered as efficiently as possible we have partnered with several national parcel and pallet carriers who offer a range of delivery options.
Delivery times are quoted from the date of despatch, which will typically be 2 – 5 working days from receipt of your purchase order for white sinks and basins. Once despatched your order should be with you within 1 – 3 working days.
For our coloured or mottle sinks we currently have a 4 – 6 weeks lead-time for these individual pieces and will contact you towards your date of despatch.

We understand that the cost of delivery is an important factor in making your decision which is why we have kept our delivery costs separate and as low as possible whilst maintaining excellent delivery services for our customers. These prices apply to Mainland England (Excluding parts of Central London), Wales and Scotland (Excluding the Highlands and Islands).
How will my order be delivered?
Depending on the products ordered your delivery could arrive as either a parcel or on pallets.
Parcels are normally delivered to the door. Parcel delivery drivers may leave parcels with a neighbour, or in a safe place if no-one is available to take delivery at the specified address.
Pallets are normally used for large, heavy or fragile items and when the number of items on an order makes delivery more efficient via a pallet service.
Pallet deliveries are made to an accessible kerbside location on firm ground nearest to the delivery address. The courier will arrive with a tail lift to transport the pallet from the truck to your door. Please keep in mind that our sinks are 50kg+ and require a two-person lift.
We operate a 30 day returns policy, so if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

In the case of faulty or damaged items, you must report this within 3 working days from delivery. You may be asked to provide images of the damaged item to help us manage your claim.
You will be responsible for arranging the return of the goods to our warehouse, unless you have reported the item as damaged or faulty (see above).
Please note there are exceptions to our standard returns policy:
Discounted items or items in our Sale category cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must be returned in original packaging and in a resalable condition (this includes undamaged packaging).
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or installation.
This does not affect your standard consumer rights.
