If the waste kit is ordered on its own we aim to dispatch within 1 – 2 days of purchase, if you have ordered a sink with your waste kit we will dispatch your order together 3 – 5 working days after the order is placed. Once dispatched we will then contact you in regard to your delivery. Our waste kits delivered on their own will arrive in a small parcel, and out waste kits ordered with a sink will arrive on a pallet which is 50kg+ due to the sink or basin and requires a two man lift. We have a 30 day returns and refunds policy on all items, except bespoke pieces. Products must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as received.
