Description
Given the artisanal craftsmanship and firing process involved in creating our sinks, each product may exhibit a tolerance of up to plus or minus 2%. We strongly recommend refraining from cutting your worktop until your sink arrives to ensure precise measurements.
If the items on your order are in stock, we will despatch your order within 2 to 7 working days. Once an order has been placed, we will email you with information on the expected delivery date. If you have a specific date in mind for receiving your order, please contact us to make arrangements.
Your order will be scheduled for delivery between 9 am to 5 pm on the next working day after despatch from our facility. Please ensure that you or someone else will be available at the provided address to receive the pallet or answer the haulage company’s calls. In case you won’t be available, please advise them of a safe place to leave the pallet. Please note that our pallets weigh 50kg+ and require a two man lift.

We have a 30 day returns and refunds policy on all items, except bespoke pieces. Products must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as received. For returns you will have to arrange at your own expense, to our warehouse. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
