Description
Our sinks come in a range of different finishes so you can find the perfect sink for your home. The traditional gloss finish is a favourite over generations giving you that reflective clean effect, whilst our matt glazes allow for details to appear sharper with minimal reflection from lighting. Our coloured and mottled sinks and basins have a lead time of 4 – 6 weeks. Once the product has been ordered, we will be in touch to confirm that production has begun on the bespoke sink and keep you updated throughout the process.
If the items on your order are in stock, we will dispatch your order within 2 to 7 working days. Once an order has been placed, we will email you with information on the expected delivery date. If you have a specific date in mind for receiving your order, please contact us to make arrangements.
Your order will be scheduled for delivery between 9 am to 5 pm on the next working day after dispatch from our facility. Please ensure that you or someone else will be available at the provided address to receive the pallet or answer the haulage company’s calls. In case you won’t be available, please advise them of a safe place to leave the pallet. Please note that our basin pallets weigh up to 40kg and require a two man lift.

We have a 30 day returns and refunds policy on all items, except bespoke pieces. Products must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as received. For returns you will have to arrange at your own expense, to our warehouse. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
